Fender Jag Stang PMC PRICE $549.99
The Fender Jag-Stang is an electric guitar designed by Kurt Cobain, of the band Nirvana, intended as a hybrid
It has been said that the instrument needed much tweaking before Cobain would have been satisfied with it, and it was shipped back to Fender for repairs before Cobain brought it with him on the European leg of Nirvana's In Utero tour in 1994, where the guitar was seldom played live.
Kurt's prototype Jag-Stang had a Fender Texas special pickup in the neck and a DiMarzio H-3 in the bridge. (The H-3 humbucker is not available as an individual product but the closest sounding one is the DiMarzio DP158 Pickup.) The production Jag-Stang includes a "vintage style" single coil pickup and one "special design" humbucker, each with its own toggle switch which a player can use to switch from "on," "off," or "out-of-phase" settings. It employs the Mustang's "Dynamic Vibrato" bridge and like both of its predecessors, it has a 24" short scale neck (an exact replica of Cobain's favorite neck, from a Fender Mustang).
Originally produced in the fall of 1995, after Kurt Cobain's death, Fender Japan reissued the Jag-Stang two years after its 2001 cancellation due to popular demand. Fender once again discontinued importing the Jag-Stang as of 2005.

Cordovox Leslie Speaker PMC PRICE $299.99
This is a very cool Cordovox Leslie speaker cabinet with slow, fast and off speeds. It is just like a Fender vibratone cabinet that SRV and others used. It can be used with a guitar, organ or anything that you like really. You simply plug your amp into it as though it were a regular speaker cabinet and voila!, you have rich chorale effect or fast fluttery warbled tremolo. You can also turn both speeds off and have it at just a dead stop.
The unit is in excellent working order and the cabinet is in good condition. This rotating speaker cabinet should be used with an external amplifier (not included). AWESOME on guitar, keys, etc..
http://www.kellyindustries.com/guitars/crate_vfx5112.html
The Crate VFX5112 is the same amp used in the VFX5112, but this one has a single 12" Celestion Speaker. It has two channels for lead and rhythm switching as well as 50 watt output from two EL34 power tubes. It also includes a built-in digital effect processor that is used for non-distortion sounds. The amp also has (4) 12AX7's preamp tubes for more distortion tone sounds.
The amp is a Class A/B type of amp using two EL-34 Groove Tubes as power tubes. The amp single 12" Celestion is great for smaller gigs and recording. You can also plug-in another cabinet using an extension speaker on the back panel of the amp. This lets you connect the output to another 2x12 or 4x12 cabinet for more volume if needed. The 4 12AX7 preamp tubes give you what you'd expect from this tube combination: Great tone.
There are also 15 digital effects built-in to the amp. Some of the effects included are: Small-Medium-Large Reverb, Slapback Echo, Delay and Rev Delay, Vibrato, Chorus and T-Wah. These are all digital effects. Selecting which effect you want to use is easy by turning the DSP select knob found on the top of the amp. You can control the effect's level using a separate volume knob also found on top of the amp. Turning on and off the effects can be done using the included footswitch. The footswitch lets you change input channels as well.
The EL34 has a classic rock crunch sound. It distorts more easily than other tubes and has a looser sounding low end and is rich in even/odd harmonics in the midrange and upper frequency range to produce a creamy sound. The more you drive these tubes the more apparent this crunch becomes.
The 12AX7 preamp tubes offer even more distortion and harmonically rich sound. The VFX5212 has two channels where each channel has slightly different signal gain and EQ characteristics. Channel 'A' has a maximum gain of 62 dB or so while channel 'B' is up near 98 dB. The EQ on both channels are setup differently. For instance on channel 'A' the Treble knob goes from '0' to '10' which has about 30dB of gain change and is fixed at 10kHz. On channel 'B' the Treble knob only has about 10dB of gain change with a fixed frequency at around 4 kHz.
